Information we collect

• Account information: your email address. Your password is managed by the authentication provider (Firebase Authentication), and the operator cannot see it.
• Content you save: task lists, tasks, and settings such as language and theme.
• Usage data: feature usage events, error categories, and technical information such as device and browser type. This does not include task content, email addresses, or share codes.
• Crash data (iPhone and Android apps): diagnostic information recorded when the app crashes, linked to your internal account ID.

• To provide the Service and sync your data across devices
• To verify your identity, reset your password, and change your email address
• To fix problems and improve quality
• To respond to your inquiries

Sharing

When you create a share code for a task list, anyone who knows its URL can view the list without logging in. Removing the share code ends that access.

Users who join a list can edit its content.

External services

The operator does not sell your information, show ads, or track you for advertising.

The Service uses the external services below, and your information is processed on their servers, which may be located outside your country. We do not provide your information to any other third party unless required by law.

• Google (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics)
• Cloudflare (website delivery; IP addresses and similar data are processed when you access the site)

Storage on your device

To work offline, the Service stores your task lists and settings on your device or in your browser. Device storage is also used to keep you logged in and to remember display settings.

Retention and deletion

Your information is kept until you delete your account. Deleting your account removes your account information, your settings, and the task lists that only you belong to. Shared lists that other users belong to remain available to them.

Usage data and crash data are deleted after the retention period set by Google.

You can view and change your email address and saved content in the app at any time. For other requests to access, correct, or delete your information, contact us at the address below.
