Delete your account and data

This page explains how to delete your Lightlist account and the data linked to it. Deletion cannot be undone.
Delete from the app
The steps are the same on the web (https://lightlist.app/), the iPhone app, and the Android app.
- Log in to Lightlist.
- Open "Settings".
- Select "Delete Account".
- Enter your password on the confirmation screen and delete the account.
If you cannot log in
Email [email protected] from your registered email address and tell us you want to delete your account. We will delete it after confirming that the request comes from you.
Data that is deleted
- Account information (email address and credentials)
- Settings
- Task lists that only you belong to, along with their tasks and share codes
Data that is not deleted
- Shared lists that other users belong to. They remain available to those users, and you are removed from the list's members.
- Usage data and crash data. They are deleted after the retention period set by Google.
